Heat Pump Maintenance
Heat Pump Maintenance Plans
Your heat pump works year-round — it deserves year-round care. Annual maintenance keeps it efficient, reliable, and covered under warranty.
Year-Round Comfort Starts with Annual Maintenance
Heat pumps are your home's hardest-working HVAC equipment — providing both heating and cooling from a single system. That means they accumulate wear faster than a furnace or AC alone, and regular professional maintenance is essential to keep them running efficiently and reliably. Our maintenance plan members receive comprehensive annual tune-ups, priority scheduling, discounted repair labor, and qualification for our lifetime labor warranty. It's the best investment you can make in your heat pump.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often should a heat pump be professionally maintained?
Because heat pumps provide both heating and cooling, we recommend service twice a year — once in spring before cooling season and once in fall before heating season. At minimum, annual service is essential to maintain efficiency and warranty coverage.
What does a heat pump maintenance plan include?
Our plan includes a comprehensive annual (or bi-annual) tune-up covering outdoor coil cleaning, indoor air handler inspection, refrigerant level check, electrical component inspection, defrost control testing, and all safety checks. Plan members also receive priority scheduling and discounted repair labor.
Does the maintenance plan cover repairs?
The plan covers the tune-up visits. If repairs are needed, plan members receive priority scheduling and discounted labor rates. Our lifetime labor warranty applies to repairs performed while on an active plan.
Are there rebates available for heat pump maintenance?
Some Washington State utilities offer rebates for heat pump tune-ups. We can help you identify what you may be eligible for during your service visit.
Do you maintain mini-split heat pump systems?
Yes — we maintain both ducted heat pump systems and ductless mini-split systems from all major brands.
Can I bundle heat pump and furnace maintenance?
Yes — ask about our bundled plans that cover your full HVAC system for a single annual price.
